Frequently Asked Questions

Nathan is 170 cm tall.

Stefano weighs around 64kg.

He initially started Calisthenics at the end of 2022 with the goal of changing his physique. When he came across Calisthenics skills on Instagram, he fell in love with the sport and decided to commit fully to the journey.

Besided learning his dream skills like the Planche and the Maltese & already winning 3 competitions, he is especially proud of having inspired and helped many people start Calisthenics through his tutorials.

"Calisthenics didn’t just change my body, it changed my mindset and my entire life. I started with nothing but a few push-ups in my bedroom, no strength, no confidence, and no real direction. Day after day, it taught me discipline, patience, and self-belief. It showed me that progress comes from consistency, even when motivation is gone. Through Calisthenics, I discovered my limits, and then learned how to break them. But the most powerful part isn’t the skills or the competitions. It’s knowing that my journey has inspired others to start theirs. And that’s what truly makes everything worth it."

"My long-term goals are to become an elite calisthenics athlete and a recognized figure in the calisthenics community, both as a competitor and as a coach. I want to grow, keep improving, and push my limits every day. But most importantly, I want to become the person I needed when I first started calisthenics, someone who guides, inspires, and helps others believe that they can achieve more than they think."

He really enjoys being in nature, going for walks in the mountains or in the countryside. He loves his two cats: Chico and Ethel, and he also really enjoys reading books that help him grow and improve.

"At the moment, I’m in a slight calorie deficit. During my off-season, I eat in a slight surplus, and I reduce calories as competitions approach. I always keep my protein intake high — around 2 g per kg of body weight — and my fats around 1 g per kg. In the off-season, I allow myself 1–2 cheat meals per week, but right before competitions, I stick to a stricter diet."
