Thanks to the laboratory-tested load capacity of up to 1000 kg and the use of high-quality materials such as 67% polyester, 22% EVA, and 11% nylon, you can rely on the safety and durability of this product.

Our weighted belt is available with both a stainless steel chain and an extremely robust polyester rope. Both variants offer you maximum flexibility when attaching weights. The stainless steel chain weighs 400 g, is 90 cm long and 2 cm wide, while the rope weighs 100 g, is 125 cm long and 1.8 cm wide. Both options are laboratory-tested and can withstand loads of up to 1000 kg, so you can concentrate fully on your training.

The weighted belt is one size fits all with a length of 84 cm, making it ideal for narrow and wide hips. The weight of the belt without chain and carabiners is 420 g. With chain and three carabiners, it weighs 1020 g, and with rope and three carabiners, it weighs 720 g. The rope and chain are laboratory-tested for maximum safety.

The decision between a chain and a rope depends on your personal preferences and training requirements. The chain is heavier at 400 g and is made of stainless steel, making it the classic choice for many athletes. Due to the smaller chain pieces, it allows for more precise length adjustment.

The rope, on the other hand, weighs only 100 g and offers various loops with which you can set the optimum length of up to 125 cm. It is significantly lighter and more flexible than the chain, which can lead to less damage to clothing and a lower risk of skin injuries.

Both options fit through all standard weight plates and can be easily attached to the belt. Ultimately, the choice depends on what feel and look you prefer, what length you need, and whether you are willing to accept the difference in weight. The rope offers a lighter alternative, while the chain impresses with its robustness and precision.

The Dip Belt can be washed in the washing machine at 30° without fabric softener. The straps should be removed before washing and the hook-and-loop fasteners should be kept closed as much as possible. However, make sure to air dry the belt and do not use a dryer or fabric softener.
