After ordering you will receive an order confirmation with all important information and when the order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking code. You can either click on it or you can track it online at the carriers website.
Note on gift cards: Virtual gift cards are sent via email immediately after purchase. No shipping costs apply to gift card orders, and they will not be physically delivered.

For all deliveries within the EU, taxes and customs duties are included in the product price.
*All orders to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the United States are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that any applicable import duties and taxes (customs duties and VAT) are calculated at checkout and added to the total amount. There are no additional costs upon delivery; you only pay the price displayed at checkout.

Returns
Returns can be announced within 1 month after arrival of the package without giving reasons.
Feel free to hand in your request in our Return & Exchange Portal.
Upon receipt of your return you will be refunded the full amount of your order (purchase price including shipping costs from GORNATION to you). The customer has to cover the costs for shipping the return. If you have to return an item because it was delivered defective or faulty, we will check this in each individual case and refund the costs for the return.
The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same means of payment with which the order was made.
