Frank starts with a 15 min. warm up and mobility, his training is about 45-90min. after that he does 20-30 min. cardio and 10 min. stretching.
He does intermittent fasting on most days and has one refeed day during the week. He eats a high-protein diet, doesn't drink alcohol, and mostly eats minimally or non-processed foods.
He often gets asked how he started calisthenics.
