Multiple width settings allow you to adjust it to your body and training style.
The Dip Extension attaches quickly to your Door Pull Up Bar, can be removed whenever needed and stored away without taking up much space.
With a maximum load capacity of 130 kg, it is ideal for Dips, Weighted Dips, L-Sits, Knee Raises and many other exercises.
The Dip Extension is compatible with the GORNATION Hook-It and Extend-It Pull Up Bars and suitable for every fitness level.

Note: This Dip Extension is designed exclusively for the GORNATION Hook-It and Extend-It Door Pull Up Bars. It is not compatible with standard pull up bars from other brands.
