Using the guide in the product images, measure the circumference of your extended & relaxed elbow. If you are between two sizes, we advise to take the larger if you're after for more comfort, and the smaller one if you want more performance:

● You can wash the sleeves in the washing machine at 30 degrees without fabric softener
