Home Gym Mats

The GORNATION Gym Mats are not just ordinary mats: they are true protective tiles for training spaces, designed specifically for sports and the demands of a home gym. They work as an interlocking puzzle tile system: each set includes 6 connectable mats as well as 12 corner pieces, for seamless floor protection. Each tile covers an area of 60 x 60 cm, letting you freely build your training zone, big or small.

Need more space? No problem: these gym floor mats are available in sets of 6, 12 or 18 pieces, and you can connect as many tiles as you like to cover an entire room. Their soft, cushioned surface provides real comfort during your sessions, while the non-slip underside guarantees a stable hold, even during dynamic exercises. A simple, smart and modular design, built for training!

Investing in quality sports flooring for your home gym means protecting your home, your equipment and your body all at once. Here's what sets our gym mats apart:

• 100% EVA material: a dense, durable and solid foam, built to handle intense training over the long term.
• Joint-friendly: the cushioned surface protects your wrists, knees and back during exercise.
• Non-slip: maximum safety and stability, even when the session gets intense.
• Hydrophobic and easy to clean: a soft brush, a bit of water, and your space stays hygienic despite the sweat.
• Versatile: usable indoors and outdoors, for yoga, Pilates, strength training or calisthenics.
• 6-month warranty and fast shipping from the GORNATION warehouse in Germany, usually within 24 hours.

Whether you're just starting fitness at home or equipping a full studio, these sports tiles will support you for years to come.

At GORNATION, every product is the result of serious groundwork. Our research and development team, based in Germany, designs every piece of equipment with the highest standards. Each new development goes through several stages: athlete surveys, laboratory testing and practical testing in real training conditions.

Our Gym Mats have been tested by professional athletes from the and calisthenics scene all over the world, who put them to the test daily before they hit the market. This close collaboration between engineers and elite athletes is what allows us to offer you the best possible product: equipment designed in Germany, by athletes, for athletes, and trusted by more than 500,000 customers worldwide.

Why add protective gym floor mats to your training space? The benefits are numerous:

• Floor protection: no more scratches, impacts or marks left by dumbbells, pull-up stations or repeated movements. Your hardwood floor, tiles or carpet stay intact.
• Joint comfort: the EVA foam absorbs shocks and reduces pressure on your joints during push-ups, core work or stretching.
• Noise reduction: the tiles dampen vibrations and sounds, a real plus if you train in an apartment.
• Enhanced safety: the non-slip surface keeps you from slipping, even at full intensity.
• Easy hygiene: unlike a bare floor, gym mats can be cleaned in seconds after your session.
• Total modularity: you can expand, reduce or move your training zone at will, and even store the tiles away easily.

A small investment for a huge gain in comfort in your home gym!

The great strength of these sports floor tiles is their versatility. Here are the most common uses in the GORNATION community:

• Calisthenics and street workout: under a pull up station or dip bars, to cushion landings and protect the floor.
• Strength training: under a rack, bench or dumbbells, to handle the weight of heavy loads.
• Yoga and Pilates: a soft, stable surface for your poses and floor exercises.
• Abs and core work: a comfortable base that's easy on your back.
• Warm-up and mobility: the ideal zone for your warm-up routines before hitting the bars.
• Outdoor training: thanks to the hydrophobic material, you can create a workout zone on your terrace or in your garden.

Indoors or outdoors, these gym mats adapt to all your sports activities.

Here are the essential technical specifications to know before buying:

• Material: 100% EVA foam, dense, durable and solid
• Tile dimensions: 60 x 60 cm, a compact format that's still big enough for a wide variety of exercises
• Set contents: 6 interlocking mats + 12 corner pieces for a clean finish
• Available formats: sets of 6, 12 or 18 pieces depending on the size of your space
• Surface: soft, cushioned, non-slip and joint-friendly
• Maintenance: hydrophobic material, quick cleaning with a soft brush and water
• Use: indoor and outdoor

With a set of 6 tiles, you already cover more than 2 m² of training surface; with 18 tiles, you turn an entire room into a true gym.

Installation is child's play, with no tools or glue needed. Start by cleaning and drying the floor of your chosen area. Then assemble the tiles like a puzzle: the notched edges naturally interlock with each other to form a uniform, stable surface.

Use the included corner pieces to get straight edges and a clean finish on the sides of your zone. A few tips for a perfect result: lay the gym floor mats on a flat surface, let them acclimate to room temperature before assembly, and check that every connection is properly locked to avoid gaps. If you're placing heavy equipment like a pull-up station on top, distribute the contact points evenly across the tiles. In just a few minutes, your training space is ready to use.

Our Gym Mats are the ideal foundation of a complete GORNATION home gym. Start by defining your training zone with the tiles, then build your setup on top.

Place your Premium Pull Up Station or your Premium Dip Bars on the mats: the floor is protected from the structure's feet, vibrations are dampened and your landings are cushioned. Add parallettes for your floor strength exercises like the L-sit or the planche: the non-slip surface keeps your equipment stable during effort.

Between sets of pull ups or dips, enjoy the comfort of the tiles for your core work, push-ups, abs or end-of-session stretching. Complete the setup with resistance bands for warm-up and mobility, and you get a home gym worthy of the best studios, where every piece of GORNATION equipment has its place. A complete, coherent and scalable setup: all that's left to do is train!
