Our Wall Mounted Dip Bars provide maximum stability and freedom of movement for exercises like dips, L-sits, and static holds. Thanks to their heavy-duty steel construction, they are perfect for intense calisthenics workouts in your home gym or outdoor setup.

Yes, the included mounting hardware with high-quality Fischer DuoPower anchors is suitable for concrete, brick, and wood. It is essential that the mounting surface is strong enough to safely support your body weight and dynamic movements.

The Wall Mounted Dip Bars are versatile — ideal for classic dips, weighted dips, L-sits, knee raises, static holds, and more. The adjustable width lets you customize the setup to your needs. For more effective strength training, we recommend using the GORNATION Dip Belt. To support your wrists during intense sessions, consider our Power Wrist Wraps.

The indoor version features a matte powder coating for optimal grip and a clean look & feel. The outdoor version is additionally galvanized for corrosion resistance — perfect for permanent outdoor use without compromising stability or functionality.

Since the Dip Bars consist of two separate elements, you can adjust the width individually. A recommended grip width is around 53 cm, but this can vary depending on your height and arm length. As a good guideline for height, mount them roughly at chest level so you can comfortably get in and out. To make entry and exit even easier, you can also use our Wooden Plyo Box.

The handles are made of solid steel and coated with a matte powder finish. They do not have additional rubber padding but provide a secure and comfortable grip thanks to the textured surface and a diameter of 4.5 cm.
