"I started calisthenics completely from scratch back in 2023. I actually discovered calisthenics at the age of 26. That was the turning point where I decided to break through my mental barriers and finally go for it. Since then, it’s been all about proving to myself that it's never too late to redefine what your body is capable of."

"I’m really proud of having developed a visual signature in my movements, especially my handstand flags. It was always a dream of mine to find a way to express my creativity, to be able to almost 'dance' through my movements and make them my own with my own style (at least I’m trying to, haha!). I went from being a fashion designer to now living professionally from my passion for calisthenics. I feel incredibly grateful to be able to help and inspire so many people around the world! It’s been a truly life-changing journey."

"Calisthenics didn't just change my body; it completely redefined my mindset. Growing up without a sports background and being sedentary until I was 26, I used to think my physical potential was limited. Calisthenics shattered those mental barriers. It taught me that discipline, patience, and showing up every day can turn 'impossible' moves into a reality. It gave me a sense of freedom and confidence I never had before, the ability to literally move through the world with strength and grace. Today, being able to earn a living from this passion and help others start their own journey is the most rewarding part. It’s not just a sport to me anymore; it’s my lifestyle and my way of expressing who I am."

"On a physical level, my goal is to master all my current flags in their 'One Arm' version! Beyond that, I want to keep building strength to create powerful combinations, blending pure calisthenics moves, like all types of presses, i-sits, and handstand push-ups, with the grace and flexibility of backbends and creative shapes. Professionally, I want to continue growing internationally. My mission is to help more and more people discover their potential and to keep living from this passion for a long time to come. I want to prove that you can be incredibly strong while staying fluid and artistic. But above all, I want to show people that you don’t need to be 'super athletic' from the start, or have a background in gymnastics or any other sport to begin calisthenics. It’s never too late to start your own journey!"

"Can I cheat and pick two? Haha! My first favorite has to be the Premium Parallettes. I spend 90% of my training on them - they’re amazing and honestly, they look so aesthetic. Second, I’m obsessed with the Dip Bars. It’s the first time I’ve felt comfortable doing my handstands on high bars, but also front levers, back levers, i-sits... they are so versatile! I love that I can transport them easily, but also lock them together for extra stability. That's what allows me to practice my handstands with total confidence and safety. I love them!"

"I’m constantly asked if I have a gymnastics background or if I was born flexible. People find it hard to believe you can truly start from scratch! My answer is always a loud 'YES!' I built my strength and mobility from zero, proving that your past doesn't define your potential. If I could do it, you can too!"

“Stop looking for perfection and start looking for expression. Calisthenics is your own journey, so stop comparing yourself to others. Focus on your own flow, stay patient with your progress, and remember that being strong is even more beautiful when it’s fluid. Let's redefine what's possible, one rep at a time!”
