FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How will Arm Sleeves help me in my workout?

Arm Sleeves provide compression & warmth for your workout. By supporting the entire bicep, tricep, elbow and forearm, they help you gain more stability and strength. In addition, they protect the skin during ring training and are a mental support for new best performances.

Which exercises do Arm Sleeves help with?

Basically, arm sleeves help wherever you need extra support for your forearm, elbow and biceps. Generally, arm sleeves are mostly used for push exercises, as this is where the greatest load is placed on the elbow, e.g. dips, push-ups or planches. But also during pull exercises, warm-up or cardio, the Arm Sleeves can support your training with their warmth and stability.

Do the Arm Sleeves come in a pair?

Yes, you will receive a pair of Arm Sleeves (two pieces) with a carry pouch for travel.

What is the difference between the Arm Sleeves and the Elbow Sleeves?

Our Elbow Sleeves are made of the same material and offer the same benefits as Arm Sleeves. However, the Elbow Sleeves are slightly shorter, so only the lower biceps and triceps are covered. Whichever variant suits you better is purely a matter of preference.

How do I find the right size?

Not sure which size is right for you? Check out our size guide and if you are still unsure, send us a message via chat or our contact page. We will find the right size for you.

Do not bleach
Air dry
Do not use a dryer
Do not dry clean

Comfortable Arm Sleeves by GORNATION

Comprehensive support for your arms

Our long elbow sleeves, also known as arm sleeves, offer you comprehensive support for the entire arm. They are perfect for calisthenics, strength training, and other sports where stability and compression are important. The sleeves provide warmth and support for the biceps, elbow, and forearm, enhancing your training performance.

Optimum comfort even during intensive workouts

GORNATION's compression arm sleeves are designed for comfort and support, making them ideal for basics, skills, dynamics, and weighted calisthenics. The pleasant compression and stability help to prevent overloading and improve performance. The set includes two bandages and a convenient transportation bag.

Which exercises do arm sleeves help with?

Arm sleeves provide support for exercises that put stress on the forearm, elbow, and biceps. They are especially useful for push exercises like dips, press-ups, or planks, which place a higher strain on the elbow. They also enhance pull exercises, warm-ups, or cardio, thanks to their warmth and stability.

What are the benefits of arm sleeves?

Our arm sleeves offer compression and warmth during training. Supporting the biceps, elbow, and forearm, they promote increased stability and strength. They also protect your skin during activities like wrestling and offer mental support for achieving personal bests.

Care instructions

To prolong the life of your arm sleeves, wash them with similar colors at 30° without fabric softener. Air dry and avoid using a tumble dryer. Keep them away from hook-and-loop fasteners and zippers to prevent damage.

Fit and sizes

Measure the circumference of your flexed upper arm using the guide in the product images. If you're between two sizes, opt for the smaller one for better performance:

Elbow sleeves as an alternative

Our elbow sleeves are made from the same material and offer the same benefits, but they are shorter and cover only the base of the biceps. Choosing between the two is purely a matter of personal preference. Both arm and elbow sleeves are available in various colors and sizes.
