You will receive the following products with the purchase of this set: A pair of Premium Parallettes Max including a roll of 10m Grip Tape 2.0 for even better grip, a light Resistance Band with 5-15 kg resistance, a medium Resistance Band with 10-30 kg resistance and two Wrist Wraps in the color of your choice.

Due to their 30 cm height, the Parallettes Max offer the greatest exercise variety among the Premium Parallettes. Exercises for all levels & body groups can be performed on the Parallettes, such as push-ups, tricep dips, handstand, L-sit, planche and more.

Parallettes offer the advantage that the wrists are relieved, such as in handstands, push-ups or planche there is less load on the wrist. In addition, you have more control & possibilities on the handles of the Parallettes. Due to the taller construction, you can perform more exercises & can use the full range of motion that you don't have on the floor. Exercising on Parallettes is also more comfortable for your hands & more hygienic compared to stone floors or asphalt.

The Parallettes are mounted on the feet with 4 screws each and are ready for your workout within a few minutes!

Yes, the equipment is suitable for outdoor use and outdoor workouts are no problem. The wood of the Parallettes is not weatherproof, should be stored dry and wiped after contact with moisture.
