FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You will receive the following products with the purchase of this set: A pair of Premium Parallettes MAX including a roll of 10m Grip Tape 2.0 for even better grip, a pair of wooden Gymnastic Rings with two 4.5m straps for hanging, a pair of Wrist Wraps, a carry pouch for the rings and instructions with content for your workout.

The Parallettes Max offer the greatest variety of exercises among the Premium Parallettes due to their 30 cm height. Exercises for all levels & body groups can be performed on the Parallettes, such as push-ups, handstands, L-sits, planches and more.

The Parallettes simply need to be mounted on the feet with 4 screws each and are ready for your workout within minutes!

Yes, the equipment is suitable for outdoor use, and outdoor workouts are no problem. The wood of the parallettes and rings is not weather resistant, should be stored dry and dried after contact with moisture.

The rings can be hung flexibly outdoors & indoors with the two enclosed 4.5m long straps. Before you hang the rings, carefully check the load capacity of the hanging point. For hanging outdoors, e.g. soccer goals, playgrounds or calisthenics parks are suitable.

When hanging the rings, the sewn-in length markings on the straps help to easily & quickly set the height of the rings to the same height. By hanging straight, you'll easily prevent imbalances & injuries in your workout. Also your progress can be measured easier by the markings, because you can better track & measure your increase, for example with Incline push-ups.

Gymnastics rings are perhaps the calisthenics equipment with the greatest variety of exercises and allow training at all levels of difficulty for the entire body. Especially static exercises in the rings like planche, handstand, front lever and back lever are challenging because of the balance and encourage maximum progress.
